I am an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer with over nine years of personal training experience and over thirteen years of personal experience with my own health and fitness journey.
CERTIFIED NUTRITIONIST
I obtained my nutrition certification from ACE in 2017 and have worked with clients with various dietary needs. I’ve helped clients successfully replace bad eating habits, improve their health, and reduce medication dosage, and some have stopped taking medications completely.
MASTERS IN PSYCHOLOGY
I have a master’s degree in mental health psychology from Chaminade University. As a result, I use the tools and techniques I’ve learned to help my clients cope with stress, anxiety, and depression.
