My name is Fabian Patterson, and I’m the owner of Change iz Fitness. I’m also a bodybuilder, a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. My love for the gym and weight lifting started in 2010 and later turned into a passion. A passion which turned into career. I spent several years immersing myself in all aspect of fitness. Learning how much of what to eat and what’s considered healthy. Also, learning how to train, when’s the best time to train and how often to train. I’ve watched and followed the greats and realized that there’s six things among many why great athletes become great.
