Working out from home is a trainer lead virtual group fitness program where each person gets their own login to a personalized high intensity interval training program that replaces the typical gym session, a program they get to do in the comfort and privacy of their home.

Working out from home consists of two 30-mins H.I.I.T workout each week of various upper-body, lower-body and core exercises that focuses on total body workout.
Workouts are conducted on a live platform where trainer interacts with each client in a virtual group setting. The workout is then recorded and remains uploaded for 30 days for members of the group to access as many times as they wish.
