What is "Working out From Home?"


Short on time, don’t want to deal with going to a gym or buying workout equipment?

Well, Working out From Home is for you. 

Working out From Home is a trainer lead virtual group fitness program where each member gets their own login to a personalized high intensity interval training program that replaces the typical gym session. A program they get to do in the comfort and privacy of their home.

Working out From Home consists of three 15-mins H.I.I.T workout each week of various upper-lower-body and core exercises that focuses on total fitness.

Workouts are conducted on a live platform where members can interact with their trainer in a virtual group setting. The workout are recorded and then uploaded to our training App for 30 days where members can access them as many times as they want.
